JOSAA 1st Mock Seat Allotment Result 2022
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA) is a body created through the Ministry of Education. Its main objective is to conduct and oversee the seat allocation process for 114 institutions that include 23 IITs, 26 IIITs 31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, and 33 other government technical institutes. The allocation process for seats for all courses offered in these institutions is governed and managed by JOSAA. Engineering seats are allotted in accordance with JEE marks and ranks. The majority of the time, six rounds of the seat allocation procedure are held. After the first mock seat allotment results of JOSAA, the second mock seat allocation result will be released. After the completion of two mock result stages, the final registration and the filling process begins which can’t be changed at a later date. Typically, 6 counselling rounds are scheduled, but it is completely dependent on how many applicants are participating in the process of counselling in addition to the total no of available seats.
After the completion of seat allocation process and the selection process, applicants have to register online and upload the required documents and thereafter need to pay the full or partial college fee. If a candidate fails to show up at the college of his choice and is not present, then the place will not be confirmed.
